How do you unsuperglue yourself?

Um, use Acetone (or nail polish remover), and don't ask someone who can't find any to get it for you...

Oh I remember one time, working with super glue, and some of it flicked onto my eyeball. Yes I said eyeball. :shocked:

It felt like I had a rock on my eye. I had to flush it, and flush it with saline, took my nail, gently scraping it, and eventually, it came off. Joy.

My girlfriend superglued her eye shut (before I knew her). She slept like that hoping it would unstick and when she woke up the next morning eye still shut, she finally went to the hospital.

as was said, it has very little sheer strength. if you glue your fingers together, take a pencil or pen and side it between your fingertips and they will be pried apart.

then you can use acetone or cooking oil to remove it. Acetone works better, but oil will break it down after a bit.
