how do you turn on your computer?

I say "Computer On" and it turns on. It also responds to "Firefox" "Thunderbird" "Notepad" "Calc" "Computer Off / Suspend / Reboot" "Gaim" and anything else I'd like. 😀

I use wake-on-lan.

I shouldnt tell anyone this, or they might steal it...

I redesigned an alarm clock, so that when it goes off, it sends a WOL signal to my computer...

It looks funny, because I have a cat5 cable running out the back of the clock into the wall...

CTRL + F1 does it for me. Unless I want bother to opening the door and pushing the power button. I did have it set for any key on the keyboard to turn it on, then I got kids............ 🙂

HAHAHAH - cool.

Index finger > Power button.

But sometimes I like to switch things up a bit and be daring and use my middle finger instead...oooooooooooooo...

And sometime I get really talented and stand on one foot while pushing the power on button with the big toe of the other foot.

Powerbutton, but all the gadgets attached to the computer are connected to an USB controlled powerrail, so they automatically turns on when the computer is turned on, and automatically turns off when the computer is turned off. Nice for printer, modems, speakers external haddrives etc.
