How do you turn on the truform and adjust the shader with the Radeon 8500LE 128MB?

I have heard that these would make the games look beautiful. But never know how to turn it on with the truform and smart shader. How do I turn it on for my card? Where can I read more about adjusting it? What games actually support it?
