You wash your jackets every time you wear them too? How about your baseball caps? your gloves?

I wash my jeans after 2-3 wearings. I wash my workout clothes after each wearing. There is a difference there because I don't workout in my jeans.

Exactly.

If I've been doing work in my jeans, they get washed daily. If I'm just sitting on the couch wearing them, 2-3 days is fine (usually 2).

I don't get all the people who get so sassy about washing something after one time wearing.

Tshirts, undergarments, exercise clothing - these make sense to wear once.

If someone has a need to wash jeans after one wear, and I mean you perceive some filth, then those people are filthy. I don't know what people do in their clothes, but seeing as I wear boxers, my jeans stay clean when merely sitting around the house, getting errands done, or going out. If they pick up smoke or something (parties, bars, campfire), then they get washed.

I bet these "wash jeans after one day" people are the same ones who wash a bath towel after one use. What a waste of water and detergent. I'm not stingy, I'm simply practical.

my towels I use after I have showered. They get laundered once per week unless needed sooner.

When I am wearing jeans I am out and about. I am sitting on things, brushing up against things, perspiring, etc.

It sounds like many just sit around their houses though...I'd just throw on shorts for that, but they still get washed.

Jeans don't really get that dirty or smelly like regular pants do or shirts. I wash them probably every 3 wearings. Shirts after every time.

Climates make a difference too. I don't bust out the jeans until it's in the 60's or cooler. In those temperatures and cooler I'm not sweating. If I lived in Florida where even the fish complain about the humidity I'd probably have a different opinion.

I wash about every 3 wears. I can feel leg oil, or something in the jeans, and I don't like it. The only time I wear pants a bunch without washing is if I'm working a really dirty job. They feel gross when I put them on, but I'll be feeling gross soon anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Sounds like we have a bunch of dirty, stinky hippies here...At most, I wear a pair of jeans 2 days...and rarely that. They get tossed in the washing machine like any other clothing item...with soap and non-chlorine bleach, then tossed into the dryer and dried on high.

They're fucking jeans...not some foofy cashmere panties...
