Can't think of a thing to add, except this. If you are over-clocking, pay attention to the error-reports under PRIME95. Take some time to read the "Readme" and other files provided, because they provide advice to over-clockers. You may have an over-clock setting that posts temperature X, and a higher over-clock setting also shows temperature X, but the higher setting results in PRIME95 errors while the lower one doesn't. Attention to these errors may help you find the proper voltage, memory timing and FSB settings which result in no PRIME95 errors or "halts" for the duration of a "torture test".
Another thing you can do is raise your Task Manager's Performance-Tab to monitor CPU usage. And some people even run multiple instances of PRIME95, or combinations of other programs, keeping the CPU usage at a full 100%.
