How do you string a classical guitar?

I did some google searches and one page I found talked about the figure 8 method and the D method ... neither had pictures so I couldn't figure it out. Basically, I'm used to steel strings that i can just put through the bridge and they have loops or whatever on the end to keep it from going through .. but the strings (nylon) that I got today don't have that .. anyone know?
