nope...I'm just bored.
It was either this or a thread about how I am watching a Golden Girls marathon.
A loaf of bread is 99 cents, so I just buy a fresh loaf every week and don't worry about long-term storage.
Freezer for several weeks of reserve bread. Defrosted on the counter in its bread bag when being eaten.

And as long as the bread is not 50p a loaf:eat it...why would you want to leave any?

I've never noticed a difference in taste, and I would notice something like that. I'm picky about my bread.
Then again, I keep an impeccably clean fridge/freezer. No odors to soak up in my ice box.
