get rid of most email virus programs.. use netscape messenger for email..
no more outlook centralised emails...
+ use an antivirus software.

Yep... Don't use Outlook or Outlook Express as your email client. Use Messenger, Mozilla, Eudora, or any other client..

My personal favorite mail client is FoxMail. Small, fast, and because it's written by a Chinese guy, it has its share of syntactical errors. Those add a little humor.

I use outlook but don't use the preview window, don't open attachments unless it is something i'm expecting and use f-secure antivirus. i get thousands of virus e-mail a year and never have had even one problem.

Outlook can be secure with the proper tweaks. If you actually get infected from an email, I'd say the only thing you have to blame is yourself.
