How do you set up dual monitors on a ATI 9800PRO?

Just wondering. Do you hook one monitor up to the DVI and one to the VGA connector? I was never sure how that worked.

Also.. I was looking at the 9800PRO AIW and noticed that the AIW didn't have a VGA connection. I see that it provides an adapter for the DVI. How well does that work? Does your video quality suffer at all if you're using a regular CRT monitor with the adapter on the DVI connection?

yup, that how it works

in my experiances there is no loss of quality with the adapter

So.. You can't do a dual display with the AIW card then, correct?

I want either the 9800PRO or the 9800PRO AIW and I can't decide. I like the added features of the AIW, but I don't want to miss anything that the 9800PRO will offer that the AIW won't, including dual diplay. At some point, I'd like to do dual LCD's and would like a card that can handle dual display.

If you hook up one monitor to VGA and one to DVI, isn't there a difference in video quality?
