How do you select S-Video output from a VIA EPIA 800?

There's no option in display settings. The video card is a Trident Blade apparently, but VIA doesn't have any drivers for it.

Yes they do.

Go to http://www.viaarena.com , and in the drivers section, choose your OS, then IGP (Integrated Graphics Products), then "KPLE integrated graphics".

The SVideo output comes alive when a device is detected at the receiving end. Usually, as with most other graphics solutions, the TV must be connected and powered on when you turn the computer on.
