How do you screw up a central nervous system?

Okay, I don't want to take a baseball to it or anything, but I want to screw up this guy's central nervous system.

Is there any way I can do that without any physical damage? Like, that might link me to it in any way? Would microwaves work? Or something? Any ideas?

And no, I can't tell you why I want this information, just tell me how.

Actually AIDS has little to do with the central nervous system, it doesn't have
