are you sure these are all right?

Kya haal hai? (Urdu)

means "How are you?" (same in hindi). "Hello" in Urdu is "As Salaam Alaikum."

I also thought "Hello" in Japanese is "Ohayoo (gozaimasu)" (i've heard yoroshiku in "dozo yoroshiku" which means "nice to meet you")

That means Good Morning in Japanese

Konichiwa means Good Afternoon

Kombawa means Good Evening

Oyasamin means Good Night

Mooshi Mooshi means Hello when you pick up the phone to greet someone

Yoroshiku means more like Best Regards @ anytime and if you put the word Hajimemashte then that mean please to meet you for the 1st time...

Japanese 101 ;)

Well, Hello (phonetically) is acceptible even here as an informal greeting form, it's an international word, IMHO.
There are plenty of other greeting formulas in Hungarian, but the one used at a given situation is determined by your relationship with the person(s) you greet and the number of persons you want to say hello to.

when greeting the guys i grew up with:

orale vato
waz up ese
waz up/orale homie
waz up dog
wazup play
wazup big money
wazup <insert nickname here>
but usually no words just a nod up with your head
