uh-seuss (seuss as in dr. seuss)
that's how it was pronounced when I called their tech support, so I go with how the company pronounced it. 🙂
 
I say "RMA".

Since that has been the case with every ASUS board I have ever purchased since.. 1998? So 10 years of absolute garbage, the most recent being the PN5-T Deluxe atrocity which has some of the worst user reviews on the planet that ASUS STILL refuses to even acknowledge despite them making mad bank from their initial $300 price point.

My eVGA 790i was plug and play even with 200mhz DDR3 and a non-standard 10x multiplier E8600 compared to that fucking garbage board.
