How do you replace the Nicads in a Yaesu FNB-41

Well, it is a long shot. I have a FNB-41 sealed battery pack for a Yaesu FT50rd. There are AA Ni-Cd batteries inside. How do you unseal it to replace them. There has to be an article around somewhere on this.
