Just curious how much people like it. I've heard nothing but great things about them. I've ate there a few times on vacation and liked it. Really fresh food. One just opened up here in Tucson and it's been gangbusters, lines across that block, that kinda thing. Hoping to go there soon, and often. I want to get me an 8x8.

I've been told that one can mistake their burgers for the second coming of Christ.

I'll have to see what all the fuss is about one day.

Comparing them to other fast food places.

Burgers, the best.

Fries, the worst. I HATE their nasty fries. Now I'll get people coming in here telling me I don't know what good fries are, and how they make theirs fresh blah blah blah blah. Well yea they are fresh, but they SUCK. If they are dry as a bone and have no taste, I don't give two craps how fresh they are.

I LOVE I-N-O...

Cholestorol Free Oil on the french fries...meat is never frozen...organic tomato and lettuce.....THE BEST!!!

BTW - i went opening day here in Tucson and it was a 3 hour wait.

Try ordering the fries "well done." I think they're much better that way and most people who don't normally like their fries love them when they're "well done."

Good but doesn't live up to the hype. The drive-thru always takes a long time. Fries aren't my cup of tea.

Not to sound cliche, but the food is the freshest tasting food I have had at a fastfood restaurant.

The best fast food hamburger by a mile.

Have to agree with the comments about the fries though. Next time I'm out west I'll try the well-done thing.

One of the first and last things I do on my LA trips is In-N-Out.

I may give that a try. After living in California my whole life I'm moving to the east coast in three weeks. I'm going to head to In-n-out one last time before I go and try the fries well done.

Excellent.

The burgers are great and the service is orders of magnitude greater than the competition. They always have very friendly employees who actually speak English and rarely screw up an order.
