does anyone else have the exact opposite problem where you can instantly fall asleep and just about any time. I can lay down and fall asleep in about thirty seconds. I can't remember the last time I had a dream. I usually just close my eyes them bam its morning and my alarm is buzzing. I could sleep twenty hours no problem, get up take a piss then lay down and fall asleep in thirty seconds again.

You get to bed and close your eyes. What do you see? Black right? Anyways, try to "fly" through that darkness... Further and further...deeper and deeper...as if you're in space...

It works for me sometimes.

Accomplish something during the day... If I don't accomplish anything I can't sleep. Also, picture nothing in your mind and concentrate on it. After concentrating on thinking about blackness; your mind will get bored and go to sleep. Well, mine does. Also, dont get into bed and try to get comfy, roll your sheets back get in and pull them on, your first position will get you to sleep the fastest. Beware, don't try getting up and trying that again
