How do you pronounce NEC?

Woah, that's a lot of reponses to the poll! I've heard either, I say N.E.C. Maybe because I don't think I work at ebem (IBM.)

Edit: I'll say "SATA" and Serial A-T-A almost interchangably. I guess because I say Scuzzy, not S-C-S-I.

Either is acceptable. It was originally intended as SEQUEL, but changed due to a trademark dispute.

hmm, yeah I've never heard anyone say SCSI, it's alwasy been scuzzy.
