How do you pronounce 'Chipotle'?

I've always heard it as "Chi-po-lee", which is the correct pornunciation I believe, but I see all these commercials from Subway and Wendy's saying "Chi-poltay"... and it's really annoying me.

btw, if you're still in indiana you should assume that anything resembling spanish you hear is grossly mispronounced and any food passed off as mexican is actually a weak imitation of tex-mex
