If you want to get technical, it's ATFOT, and you can pronounce it "At-Fought", and the forums are "the ATF". Any other way is incorrect.
A-T-O-T sounds like some horrible disease... which isn't that far from the truth, but it's still incorrect. :colbert:

(but in my head, I just call it Ay-tot)
