Patriots because I lived there for the better part of my life and it's going to be damn near impossible living in Broncos country this season. The only bad part about going to school in CO.

Truthfully, I want there to be lots of scoring which boosts my fantasy stats, and in the end I want the team with the worse record to win. That way my real life team, the Bears, benefits by having less competition, and my fantasy team racks up points.

All else being equal, it's more important to me that the Bears are helped than that my fantasy team is helped.
 
The home team is the Buffalo Bills. I've been rooting against the Bills for about 25 years now. It's been more enjoyable that way. I'm a Skins fan - picked the Redskins because my brother was a fan and I liked their uniforms.

Thus, I root for:
Anyone playing Dallas
Anyone playing Philly
Anyone playing the Giants
Miami (my favorite AFC team)
New England
Indianapolis

When the Cowboys and Giants played the Bills in the Superbowl, I didn't watch, because I hate all three teams.
 
I go by the prettiest uniforms. 😱




Seriously though, I don't watch or give a crap about football (or any sports for that matter).

1. Root for the Ravens.

2. Root against the Steelers

3. Root for whichever team will help the Ravens' record.

4. Root against the Bengals and Browns

I can't bring myself to put #3 before #2. Luckily it doesn't come down to it that much.
 
I started to really like football a few years ago. Prior to then it wasn't really a passtime and I didn't really care for it. I saw that Ben Roethlesberger was a rookie and had the starter position. The Steelers interested me from then on. I really hope they can make a come back as their old self. So far they look promising.

That makes no sense - they're not only not in the same division, they're not even in the same conference, and only meet about every 3-5 years! How can you have a 'rival' you only play 2-3 times a decade?!?! :roll:

[And yes, I know they scrimmage every year, but that's only because they're close by. No one even counts those games.]
