How do you organize your digital pictures???

I list the year first so that each year is grouped together. For example: instead of 04-23-2003, I will make a directory structure for Weddings, Births, Celebrations, etc., then I'll make sub-directories like the following 2003_04_23_JonesClara_Wed.
