How do you "network" a Palm Tungsten E thru the cable?

I would like to hookup my Palm Tungsten E to my computer thru the cable so I can use Web Pro 3 to download web pages on to it, but can't figure out how. Anyone know what I mean? If you got any info, that would be helpful...

Isn't the E version the non-network aware version, comparable to the M105/125 versions before it?
