It's the only way I can burn off enough energy to get a good nights rest. Instead of going to the gym, I usually go to the park for a couple hours, then come home to work on the bench, switching it up every couple of days.

just buy a home gym. start with some free weights and a rowing machine.

Exercising while watching tv is the best.

I bet you could even find a way to play Xbox while on the treadmill and keep the sweat off the controller.

Been loggin the weight after every workout since I started 2 years ago and...its one helluva motivator to look back at how much less I use to lift.

the best thing would be to have a workout buddy who will motivate you to go. another way is go to the gym right after work. if you go home, you're more prone to stay home.

I just came back from working out my back, glutes and triceps. :)

I'm not bad looking as it is :p but I can always use that extra few pounds of FFM :)

everyone finds their own motivation. Maybe for you its fitting into soem clothes, maybe for others its looking at Jared the subway guy... to each his own.
beyond finding the desire, setting a schedule and not breaking it helps alot. As does getting a workout partner. Set reasonable goals. Dont start out saying you are going to go for an hour every day. Once you make it a routine, it will become easier to follow and harder to break. If you break the workout trend you will start feeling the negatives of not working out and want to go back. Not only will you feel fat and slow, you will miss the endorphin rush.

What works for me is playing sports. I'm well out of school and do not play team sports anymore, but I play tennis now and V-ball. I do not want to work out, but I do want to play sports. The good thing is once I get out and play sports, I dont mind, or even want to work out (in the gym).
