When I run out of space, I just get another hdd! /really need to organize it! :disgust:

I do organize my MP3's and store them on my second server - a Windows SBS Server - which also stores my private emails... and...cough...pr0n.

And blow me if the Exchange Server on it ground to a halt the other day. I had filled the majority of a 36Gb HDD with MP3's (4Gb for apps + 2Gb for email, 2Gb for pr0n + 26Gb for MP3!). I was appalled! Gotta cut down on them 320K MP3's...

Theres a whole shiznit load of managers you can check out here

There was also one interesting one referred to recently in PC magazine that actually looked at the digital signatures of each mp3 file and enable you to sort them by moods...I'll post a link in this thread later when i figure where its at..

I have around 12 GB or so of MP3s, and they all are just thrown into a folder, with artist name and title. One or two folders for complete albums, no more.

Another vote for andromeda.... it really is nice that I have all my MP3's on the web and have the ability to stream them even on a 56 k connection.

I've just lumped it all together in one big 'ol 'MP3 Archive' folder and let Winamp 'sort' them by title everytime I load them. Works great for me. I'm pretty religious on renaming all my ID3 tags upon downloading to reflect correct grammar and spelling... looks ok to me. :)

I am sure you meant "after ripping CDs that you own into mp3s" :)
