How do you manage your MP3 collection?

I've got a ridiculous MP3 collection (100% legal, so don't ask...all from my personal CD collection) and I'm looking for a good piece of software to catalog it all and easily search through it. I've used ShufflePlay for a long time, but I'm wondering if there is something better out there? What is everyone else using? :)

I found one from PhatNoise that's pretty decent. It also rips and encodes as well as catalogues. I still use CDEx for ripping tho,

I don't use any third-party software. I have my MP3s organized by folders and it's quite easy to pick the ones I want with Winamp. I think any software just for managing MP3s would bug me.

The best software I've found to do this - and yes, all my MP3's are from my CD collection too - is RealJukebox. Access is quick and easy. I actually paid for it.

I don't know how RealOne stacks up in this respect.

I just take the songs I've gotten through Kazaa and use the built in player to listen to them. I just organise them by group and it works fine for me.
