How do you manage passwords?

Several sites all required new passwords this week so I thought it time to , once again, reset my passwords...

Then I begin to list all the sites and came up with 70 different logins!!!

What do you do to keep track of ALL of your logins/passwords?

I'm not a fan of using a program to catch all my passwords, and their has to be a better way, right?

Thanks in advance

p.s.
If you think 70 is a lot, write down all the places you visit. I think you'll be surprised how quickly it adds up. Rewards programs, websites, finance stuff, retail stores, software vendors, work, etc.

i only use 3 login names, which are generally email addys, and i only use 3 diff passwords, if i forget i just start guessing, i get it sooner or later

sometimes i have to have them send me my login info,

ive only seen 1 site that has made me change my pass after X ammnt of days and that was my college email which made me change it every 6 months which was annoying, if i had to change a pass every week id prob just not use that site

Yeah, i tend to keep my usernames the same, i guess someone is gonna call me dump on that but whatever, works for me...

I have 3 different logins I use and 6 different passwords.

The passwords vary with the level of security necessary.

Edit: Multiple passwords for different levels of security too.
