My favorite recipe is tuna in water + a ton of mustard + a bit of olive oil + relish + maple syrup or honey + salt & pepper.
You?

I like the tuna in oil and drain about half the oil out of it. Then I add in some BBQ sauce (I prefer honey BBQ sauce), some chopped green onion, a squirt of mustard, and a little bit of Mrs. Dash. Yummy!
I guess you could call it that! LOL Sometimes I'll squirt some horseradish in too if I have it around but I don't usually keep that on hand.Originally posted by: Mrvile

Ooh BBQ sauce? That's different...I'll have to try that sometime.
It's kinda like the pulled pork of the sea eh?

You are right on with the albacore. For your safety, please go for the cans and steer clear of the zip opens. I've seen them perforate fairly easily and you could end up sick or dead after eating it. Do you think those shelf stockers are really placing the food on a shelf with kid gloves?
Of course not, armed with boxcutters which can frequently perforate the product, they strive to get it on the shelves.
