With bread.

Also, sometimes with turkey and mayo and a little mustard.

Sometimes with peanut butter and jelly. Usually raspberry, sometimes grape.

I'm a little more anal I guess. Mayo goes on the end with the cheese (or veggies) and mustard goes on the end with the meats.

Okay, I'm hungry now...

this is a sore subject with me and restaurants. I swear it used to be everything on top of the meat, but now lots of places put stuff like lettuce on the bottom. Tastebuds are in the tongue, I don't want the first flavor to be soggy lettuce.

toasted bread or bun
condiments
pickles
tomato
onion
lettuce
bacon (optional)
cheese
meat
toasted bread or bun

Bread (whole wheat)
Cheese (generally a hard aged cheddar. My favorite for sandwiches is an Irish Dubliner, or a Dutch Parrano)
Mayo (I actually use a soy-based mayo and put a little lemon juice in it--it's great)
Meat (turkey most of the time, but I sometimes add chorizo or a German salami)
Spread (Maybe one of the following: Hummus, olive spread with 4 or 5 different types of olives in it, ginger and mango horseradish mustard, etc.)
Accents (most often a little olive oil on the bread)

I don't put onion, lettuce (hate lettuce) or tomato directly on the sandwich; I instead cut up a tomato and put it on the side.

I only use organic things too, but I'm guessing I'll catch some crap talk for that ;)

I do this so the bread does not get soggy with the mayo.

I do it exactly opposite of that, but yeah.

i read all of the replies :cookie: for me in a non-reply-reading thread

bread (toasted if i'm eating it right away)
lettuce
mustard
meat

that's about it. and i'm not putting bread again because if you think all of the stuff in my sandwich is going to fall out because it's not a perfect internet sandwich then you're just plain wrong

Kinda reminds me of the BK commercial. Meat, cheese, egg, more meat, more cheese, egg.. Mmm.. or however it goes.

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.
