<< Mayo is gross >>

I feel the same way about that salad dressing "mayo-like" stuff and/or lowfat mayo. Only regular mayo for me.

Tuna is also good in a 'wrap'. Make it the way you normally do, but, throw it on a nuked tortilla (so it's soft) and add some letuce, tomato, and some green onion, wrap it up and enjoy.

tuna salad sandwhiches are great ... you can also make make tuna melts .. this way you just drain the tuna ... place between two slice of bread .. put cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese that melts well) then butter the outside of the bread slices .. and toast .. either in a frying pan .. or in a toaster oven .. they are yummy .. i make them for my husband some times .. hes a cheese-a-holic

I love tuna on toast

Here is how I make it

Drain water from can
finely chopped celery and onions, add mayo, mix well. Make sure it is all cold/chilled from the refridgerator. Sometimes a few chopped pieces of black olive is good also. I like tomato and lettuce on toasted sliced bread.

When I think of a tuna sandwitch, I think of a large piece of yellow fin with some lettuce and honey mustard on bread. The other stuff is tuna salad. ;)

Good question :)

I've recently reached a new way after constantly playing with it (that doesn't sound good) ;)

First, a can of CHUNK tuna, not the mashed stuff that looks like catfood (first mistake I used to make)

Drain it, slap it in a bowl and start breaking it up with a fork before adding anything (will breakdown easier and stuff will mix easier with it by breaking it first)

Then add about two table spoons of the "juice" from a bottle of hot pepper rings.

Add one teaspoon of mayo and about 1/2 teaspoon of guldens(sp?) mustard.

Then add a light sprinkle of the following: Garlic powder, italian seasoning, black pepper and Old Bay seasoning.

Then with the tuna made, toast/warm your bread and lay down a piece of American cheese on the 1st piece of bread, lay out your tuna on top of that, one slice of lettuce and the topper piece of bread.

mmmmm.. works for me :)
