it kinda depends. most of the time medium rare (rib eye steaks, burgers) but for prime rib I like it rare or medium rare. and then there's always the raw beef. :)

Scottish Aberdeen Angus. Some of the best beef you can get anywhere.

Medium Rare. Most restaurants (especially those not specializing in steak) don't know how to do it. Pink and juicy. YEAH Baby!

Medium Well..

Best Steak House has to be J&R's Steakhouse or Majors Steakhouse (both in NYC/Long Island)

both make incredible steaks!!!

A nice tender filet minion cooked medion rare with just salt and pepper. Cooked on a charcoal grill. Hmmmmmmm...
