Omlets are nice, lots of cheese, bacon, mushrooms with two scoop rice, can't beat that for breakfast. 3 scrambled eggs, a slice of cheese, all between two pieces of buttered bread is also a good, quicker breakfast (or snack). Just plain eggs you ask? Scrambled.

Bleh... Stupid;)

Sunny Side Up is a lot like an ordinary fried egg (just cracked and dropped on a pan without breaking the yoke, then flipped) except it is not flipped. Instead, fill a small lid with a little bit of water and place it over the egg. The steam will cook the top of the egg just right.

WHOA that is wrong dude, when you filled it with water and let the steam cook the top it is called POACHING the eggs. sunny side up is when you have no lid, you cook it in a bit off oil and you dont flip it. it's raw on the top and flat out disgusting.

No, its a modified sunny side. True poaching is cooked in an egg steamer, where the egg never actually touches a frying pan. If you want a true sunny side, just cook it at a lower temperature for a longer time. It will fully cook if done right.

with the egg intact is why the called it "over EASY", not "over like a stupid putz who breaks the yoke and screws up the egg"

is dipping tortillas in the yoke really good?

I like eggs in a basket. You use a cup to cut a hole in your bread, then splot the egg in the center of your holey bread and fry the whole galosh in butter. Make sure to also toss the little round pieces in your pan as well. It tastes real greasy and yummy!

me <- getting hungry

How to cook eggs

For the record I ususally like mine scarmbled with pepper and garlic, then I heat refried beans and tortillas and cover the eggs in salsa and cheese... make me some breakfast burritos.... real good with Morningstar Farms Vegetarian Sausage too...

Sunny side up is NOT the same as overeasy. Sunny side up eggs are not flipped. You throw the egg in the pan and let it cook and hope the heat cooks it through.

Also, what's this egg steamer you poachers speak of? Round here you just crack the whole thing in boiling water and fish it out in a minute or so.

Scrambled covered with ketchup. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Edit: I can eat an egg sunny side up without puking. No problem. The warm, runny yolk is good, especially with a few drops of soy sauce.
