Straight espresso, greek/turkish coffee, or french press is my favorite... but, drip coffee can be plenty delicious as well, just usually a bit weak on flavor....

I do prefer lower acidity beans though as they seem to be much easier on my stomach vs stuff like Kenya or Costa Rica

So, usually for me it's Sumatra beans

I dont think I've ever had a stronger coffee than Vietnamese and I've tried looking for one. Espresso shots are about as close as I can get to Viet coffee that I can get at a restaurant but even that fails in comparison.

Ive had to settle for espresso shots as they are the only thing commonly available anywhere =(

its funny because it 'should' be so girlie with all the milk, but its still very strong

I drink Turkish coffee.

A Serbian coworker of mine got me hooked on Turkish coffee. He has family in Chicago that have a coffee roasting business and brings me in some of the best coffee I've ever had. And yes, it is almost like a powder it's ground so fine. I also pretty good success running that through my Keurig with the reusable filter pack. Any other grind from my burr grinder yields a pretty crappy cup of joe. That turkish grind makes a much stronger cup.

But nothing beats that pot boiled style of the traditional Turkish coffee.

I picked up a bag of their coffee in the airport in Minneapolis last January. It was quite tasty!
