How do you like your bacon?

Thick sliced, cooked long enough that it curls up but not long enough to become crunchy and hard.

Black forest bacon from Whole Foods is some of my favorite bacon.
 
I'm not a fan of putting hard and/or stiff meat into my mouth.

Because of that, I think the best kind is when it's curled, but not crispy yet.
