I personally fry it in a skillet. Although, the best bacon is always baked on a rack. Baking gives you bacon that is crispy without any overcooked regions. Unfortunately baking takes ~3 hours, more if you want really good bacon.

ok heres the deal

just had some bacon and eggs after a lonnngggg time

two types of bacon used

the first I tried was fried on a skilltet, the second was baked in the oven at like 430 degrees or so

they both were awesome, but i think i liked the baked bacon better. its more crisper, chewier and just plain better

another great experiment!!!

I was going to say pan fried, but then you had to go and add this option:

being fed bacon by a 5 '8 supermodel while masticating

Doesn't matter to me as long as it's a crispy as possible just barely this side of being burnt. I had soggy bacon. It should crunch when you eat it. Mmmm

burnt-n-crispy
slightly-brown-crunchy
perfeclty-cooked-still-tender

anyhoo, skillet and microwave work great.
