So I been having problems with my computer lately. I first thought it was the processor, which is an amd 64 3000. So I bought a new processor (amd 3700), so I plug it all in and it still does not boot. I have a DFI Lanparty SLI, the diagnostic lights still show 4 red lights. Which means the CPU was not detected, but I just bought a new one. Could it be the motherboard that is dead? Any help would be helpful

I guess I should go into more detail. So the description of the problem is that nothing goes on the monitor. Everything is on, but it just does not POST at all.

try resetting all your cards and memory and reset the cmos first....if you are still having problems, may be time to RMA the momo
