I was just perusing pricewatch, looking to upgrade my CPU. I'm thinking a P4 2.4c because its reputed to be easily overclockable (if I'm wrong then do correct me).

So I'm finding plenty of 2.4 CPUs but how do I determine it to be 'b' or 'c'?

Like the previous poster said - those are two different chips. When you order it, the description should tell you which one it is. One is 533MHz FSB, the other is 800MHz FSB.
