Paul Frederick is where I buy almost all of my dress shirts. a little pricey, but excellent quality (plus you can get 7% cashback thruogh FW).
EDIT: i do have a few non-iron shirts from Kohls that work well, too. Not the same quality, but they are in my regular shirt rotation.
