How do you keep track of your to do list?

I have a habit of carying a pen in my pocket (a shortened Bic or similar... yeah, I shorten them) and a discarded envelope in back left pocket. However, I accummulate them and that in itself is a problem.

I too have used wife v. 1.0, but it has some serious glitches. Seems like it keeps rearranging the priority of the jobs that I need to get done, usually with no discernable logic...PLUS, just about the time I think I have the list completed, it finds NEW tasks for me to do...
Paper & pen/pencil seems to be more dependable...

My To Do list is in a text file placed in my Start Menu's Startup group, a dry erase board on the side of my computer, and in my assignment book.
