How do you keep in shape...

I mainly play a whole bunch of different sports. Lately I've been playing some basketball, tennis, volleyball, ;land soccer. Not really a strict schedule or anything but just whatever I'm in the mood for. I find myself getting competitive so I don't even realize that I'm exercising.

hockey and more recently, running at the track. There's a 24-hour hockey tournament coming up... 1.5 hour games, rest for 1.5 hours... then play again, etc. It's gonna be fun as hell.

I gotta admit though all I do with my time otherwise is sit on my @$$ in front of this thing... and eat junkfood/fastfood... tough to change fun habits.

I eat right and make sure to make exercise out of everyday activities. I take the stairs whenever possible, I get off the bus a couple stops earlier than I need to, and I park far away at the parking lot. I also use an indoor recumbent exercise bike when I can and get out on the road on my regular bike when the weather is nice.

My diet has a fair amount of fruit and vegetables, mostly beef for meat, and like everyone, I eat junkfood occasionally. But I refuse to jump on any fad diet that comes along because it's simply idiotic. Just eat RIGHT, and keep MOVING, and your fitness goals will fall into place.

I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'9, 125-130 lbs. depending on the season and my digestive system. 🙂

I go running usually and play some sports every now and then........but it's all about eating the right foods to go along with this also, something I don't do very well 😀

i play lacrosse at my school so there is lots of running involved especially for conditioning.
from time to time i lift and play all the other sports as well, not as frequenntly as lacrose though(practice every day)

im just getting back into it... i had a bad car accident that pretty much kept me from doing anything for a few years... recent spinal surgery has help get rid of the pain so now im dieting off the weight i gained from being inactive, rehabbing my back/abs/hamstrings in physical therapy and watch what i eat and when i eat it

I worked out about every other day and run at the track everyday. I don't run long distance because those are lame - mostly I train for track, so I do sprints. Those keep you in plenty good shape.

DDR all the way....i can play that for hours and never notice that i am actually exercising...😛

I do an hour on a cardio bike every day, just don't feel right if I don't work out every day.

When I'm really trying to stay cut and lean, all I eat is 3 big scoop fulls of cooked mixed veggies with a chicken breast and a little salad dressing 3 times a day. You can add some cheeze or something, I'm sure that wouldn't hurt, I just don't care to.

I lost 150 pounds doing this, and it happens to be the only diet that keeps me energized durring a caloric defict. Give it a shot sometime.

I run almost every day. 6 days a week during cross country and track season, and 5 days a week on the off season. I don't run during the winter, but luckily my metabolism is such that even with eating 3000 calories a day and sitting on my ass, I'm still a scrawny bastard.
