how do you guys take care of your skin?

do you put lotion on before going to sleep?
sun tan lotion before the day?

I haven't do much at all, but I don't want to look old all of a sudden. Better start now

I wash it with soap occasionally. That's it. You are going to get old, you are going to get wrinkly, women age much worse than men. Good luck.

Uhh... the only time I, and any of my guy friends put on lotion would be if we are going to the beach.

I use moisturizer. my moisturizer has sun screen in it. I also stay out of the sun as much as possible and wear a hat when I am outdoors for extended periods.

beyond that, I don't realyl think about it.

I wash with soap that's it, guys arn't meant to put lotion on their skin.

I only use during winter if my skin is extremely dry, otherwise I let natural exfoliation take its course. Skin products just aren't worth the money to use all the time for me.

Skin gets dry after I shower so I put on lotion then. That's about it. If I'm going to be out in the sun for many hours I'll also put on sun block to avoid being burned.

lotion is to help keep skin soft. anybody can and should use it whenever they damn well please.
