How do you guys handle games that dont crash nicely to desktop?

Don't think there's much you can do about this on XP. On Win 7 ctrl-alt-del pretty much always works.

I'd upgrade to an OS that isn't ten years old.

Actually Windows XP did that too, at least with SP2 and beyond. Cant recall if SP1 had it.

I dont remember that. You sure it wasent new in SP3? I never used SP3 but i did use SP2 and it definately wasent as good as vista/7 at taking screen control back from a crashed app.
