Only if they claimed that said stock-motored car was "mAd tYt3" through either their actions or decal advertisement to that extent. In many cases, the only difference between a good show car and a sh!tty ricemobile is the driver.

No. A clean car without any engine mods isn't rice, it's just a clean car without any engine mods.

Although I like to go fast, I understand that it's not a priority for everyone and some people just like their cars to look good. I have absolutely no problem with that.

What I do have a problem with, however, is some punk kid in his Eclipse/Integra/Celica thinking that he's in a damn race car just because he added 18" wheels, a 3" aluminum wing, and a huge bumblebee muffler. You know, the type of kid that claims his car runs 9's when in fact he has no CLUE what it takes to run 9's in the 1/4 mile. The type that makes STUPID EXCUSES when he loses a race to my Mustang, like "Aw man I just got an intake and my car isn't tuned yet" and then claims to have a friend with a Civic that runs 8's that will murder my car...all the while talking about the magic turbo kit that he'll have next month, which never happens.

Sorry if I seem bitter, but I despise ricers because of crap like that. I actually met a guy in a Probe that popped the hood to his STOCK engine and tried to tell me that he had a turbocharger AND a supercharger on it!! Whatever...
