How do you get SAP experience if all these jobs require experience?!

1. You go to a school that teaches SAP, some also operate as consultants (doing SAP work), or some have placement services

2. Work for a consulting group that does SAP work.

In either case, you start out dirt cheap and work your way up the pay scale with experience and demonstration of the appropriate quality of skills.

Good Luck

My wife was in accounting for Sunamerica and eventually jumped into SAP once a position opened up in the company.

That's the way she did it - she eventually quit since the commute was killer.

I hate SAP....its a financial tool for buyers within a company and I use it to charge my time on different projects.

Get a job doing HR Application support, assisting with applications like Applicant Tracking Systems, metrics and reporting systems, etc. Those systems, in large companies, are often integrated with SAP and you'll begin to be in contact and learn about SAP as you deal with isues arising from the integrations.

The HR AS (Application Support) analyst I work with is transitioning off to the SAP team now.

<---- in Recruiting, admins an applicant tracking system
