how do you get rid of stuff...ebay?

i have a whole bunch of stuff i want to get rid of such as a calphalon set, cuisinart set, computer monitors and speakers, video cards etc... what is the best way to sell things? ebay? also if i use ebay should i take paypal or is that troublesome. if i do take paypal should i take credit cards or not? also if sell on ebay should i use my current account or open a new account to sell?

Ebay works for a lot of stuff or posting it here sometimes is simplier.
