How do you get rid of dandruff?

Garnier for shampoo, Suave for conditioner, maybe I cheap out on the conditioner but it's better than nothing.

Take shower and wash hair every morning. Shampoo , rinse, then massage for 2-3 mins with conditioner. Still getting dandruff on my pillow (maybe less now with conditioner). There isn't much bubble for the conditioner, hope that's normal.

So how do you get rid of it? I am tempted to try head & shoulder for my next bottle.

I had it so bad a while ago that even T-Gel didn't work. The extra strength version did the trick though. On top of that, you should try using it often (every time you wash your hair) and try really rubbing it into your scalp and letting it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it out.

I have psoriasis on my scalp and it's so fucking annoying. Tried all the medicated shampoos but none work.
Tried Selenium Sulfide, Tar, Pyrithione zinc, salycilic acid, Ketaconazole and all work some time or the other for a while but eventually stop working.

Nizoral helped me the best, but that shit is terrible on your hair and scalp. I shed massively over the months that I used it, and my scalp felt burned (but clean). A listed side effect on the bottle is "hairloss". So, if you can, use it once a week for a month, then ditch it.

What really helps me is washing with conditioner only. Use something "natural" without the SLS and parabines (?), and let it soak in. Do remember to use a strong shampoo every 2-3 weeks like Pert or Head & Shoulders to do a real clean. Otherwise, crap will build up and you will be seeing dandruff.

Conditioner doesn't bubble. It is just a cream that moisturizes your scalp and hair, mainly hair.

Get a good anti-dandruff shampoo.

I only get dandruff when I drink soda regularly. Otherwise I don't get it.

For hippie shampoo, I use Tea Tree Triple Treat from Giovanni. Works great on dandruff.

I enjoy my dandruff. It is only a problem because commercials have convinced you it is a problem.

if you wear a black shirt in public and there's flakes all over your back and shoulders you don't think it's a problem?

If its really bad, go see a dermatologist, he/she will probably prescribe you Clobex (shampoo) - works well.
