How do you get rated?

You don't, at least not anymore. The feature was turned off quiet a long time ago. Users that have ratings have them from when the feature was on and had someone rate them.

If it helps, I'll give you a +1 for curiosity. However, others may want to rate you down because you didn't search enough to find the answer without making a new post. Search Nazis! :disgust:
