It's water soluble. If water doesn't take it off, it will need to be repainted.

It work's absolutely great on grease and oil, but that is not the problem here.

Edit2: reading the page - I'll be damned - it says it takes out blood stains. I would figure it would stain the paint itself, but maybe this *would* work.
