Have you tried goo gone. If it removes stickers then it should remove your man gunk. :p

Actually ..
It work's absolutely great on grease and oil, but that is not the problem here.

Edit2: reading the page - I'll be damned - it says it takes out blood stains. I would figure it would stain the paint itself, but maybe this *would* work.

Actually ..
It work's absolutely great on grease and oil, but that is not the problem here.
