How do you get a Systray icon for volume controls in Windows XP?

How do you get a Systray icon for volume controls in Windows XP?

You know the little yellow megaphone looking icon in Win2k/Win98?
Can I get it in WinXP?

In the Sounds control panel there should be a checkbox underneath the volume slider for it.

In Win2k, it is the sounds and multimedia control panel, not sounds.

At the bottom is the checkbox for "Show volume control on taskbar"
