My ring always comes off much easier in cold weather. I've also heard that windex makes pulling a ring off easier.

Maybe try putting her hand under ice or in the freezer for a while, then squirting the area with windex and then pull. Also, turning the ring as you pull helps.

wrap dental floss around finger, then force off by unwinding behind the ring.

Just put the hand in cold water for a while, the fingers will shrink and it should come right off.

Serious answer.

Spray some Windex glass cleaner on it.

Works every time.

This is what my local jewelry store does. Then they pull the skin at the knuckle and the ring slides right off. Quite amazing.
