How do you flash the mobo?

just download the new bios and done?
or do you have to do it before installin windows?
my mobo's coming soon.

You can get a floppy and boot with it and press whatever key combo to start the flash program or use a windows based bios flasher. It can be done w or w/o windows(it's in the bios).
